We are not accepting orders from sites with content related to the following:

a.  Illegal Activity
b.  Racism
c.  Sexual & Online Dating
c.  Pornographic
d.  Hate & Destruction
e.  Religion
f.  Politics
g.  Controversial subjects and / or content that are otherwise inappropriate or offensive to the general public.

Due to changes in Search Engine Guidelines, we are not accepting orders from sites that use the automated linking programs as follows:  Link Partners, Link Leads, Links To You, Links 4 Trade, Free version of Zeus, and Links Manager when pages are published from the Links Manager domain or URL.  No Free For All (FFA) pages will be accepted.  

Please, no "Free Server" sites.  These would include, but not limited to:  Angelfire, Hypermart, Geocities, and Tripod.

Due to the nature of the Internet, we aren't accepting orders from those requiring link partners limited to a local or other specific geographical area.

Please make every effort to create a basic HTML or HTM page for linking purposes.  Frames or Dynamic link's pages, (Java Script, CGI, etc.) pages are not acceptable.  These pages interfere with Search Engine indexing and are not desirable by partner sites.  A direct link to your link's page or directory  from your home page is required.  A small hyperlink titled "Links" at the bottom of your page will suffice.

Please be advised that if a Credit Card or Pay Pal order is placed, and your site is included within any of the above exceptions, a 10% credit processing fee will apply.  

A 20% early cancellation fee will apply once an order has been placed for credit processing and account setup.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for revoking policy once work has been initiated on any account.   A 30% credit processing, account setup and research fee will apply once research for your partner sites has begun.

An Internet Research and Consulting fee is included within our Links Package prices. This fee is equivalent to 50% of the ordered package cost, and is nonrefundable once research has been completed and the list of potential  partner sites have been submitted for your review and approval. A maximum response time of "10" business days is required to approve sites. Once the proposed sites have been approved and link request emails have been sent out, sales are final and no refund requests will be issued.

Please be advised that if we do not receive a response from you regarding potential partner site approval or publishing submitted linking information within 30 calendar days, your account will be subject to an indefinite holding status or cancellation at our discretion depending on our current work load and schedule. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.  Reasons for cancellation would include, but not limited to:  verbal or written abuse, unrealistic expectations, unreasonable site rejections, revoking policy, terms or conditions,  no client response after 30 calendar days when warranted.
